Since the launch of our software in October 2016, the company has shown impressive growth and we are looking to expand even more. Our team of 100+ people is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Lyon, Madrid and Mexico City.
What we expect from you
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will support the growth of inbound traffic across all acquisition channels. You will work under the Inbound Manager to execute, monitor, and optimize acquisition initiatives, with a strong focus on performance and efficiency.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. You are responsible for running initiatives, analyzing results, and continuously improving performance across channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- CRO & funnel improvements: Track and analyze funnel performance across marketing channels to identify optimization opportunities. Apply CRO strategies to enhance landing pages, improve website user experience, and increase lead generation effectiveness
- Paid Acquisition (Agency Management): Coordinate with external agencies across Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Ensure campaigns are launched on time, track performance, challenge results, and push for continuous improvements in volume, quality, and efficiency
- Organic & SEO: Develop SEO and GEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility, drive qualified website traffic, and improve search rankings across both traditional search engines and emerging discovery platforms
- Technical & Growth Support: Use tools, including AI, and automation to improve workflows, and contribute to productizing acquisition on the website (interactive flows, embedded tools, conversion-driven UX)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in growth, paid media or SEO
- Hands-on exposure to ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO
- Experience or strong interest in automation, AI tools, or building simple systems to improve efficiency. A few tools we use daily : Salesforce, Hubspot, VWO, N8N, Zapier, Elementor, Claude, OpenAI API
- Thrive in a high-agency, high-output environment with strong expectations on execution and impact
- Curious about how tools, data, and workflows can be leveraged to scale performance
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance data
- Proactive, structured, and execution-focused
- Fluent in English
