Your Mission
Map current market sizing and partner performance baseline across Argentina events portfolio
Develop and execute first pricing & marketing investment strategy for top 5 events
Establish weekly performance tracking and reporting cadence with key local partners
Identify 3-5 high-potential events for accelerated growth investment
Deliver 25%+ YoY growth in partner revenue through optimized pricing and marketing allocation
Scale successful pricing/marketing playbooks to 80% of portfolio
Build cross-functional collaboration framework between Growth, Product, and Partner teams
Present market expansion recommendations with validated unit economics for 2-3 new event categories

- You're obsessed with data and can translate metrics into strategy without hand-holding
- You've driven growth in B2B2C or marketplace-style businesses with multiple stakeholders
- You thrive in fast-moving, international environments and speak fluent Spanish + English
- You can own a full P&L for an event portfolio and think like a mini-CEO
- You need heavy direction—this role requires autonomous ownership and judgment calls
- You're uncomfortable with on-site work or can't commit to Buenos Aires location
- You lack experience in pricing strategy, partner management, or P&L accountability
