Your Mission
Build repeatable Meta ad campaign templates and playbooks for 3+ client verticals, optimizing for 15%+ ROAS
Establish content calendar system managing 20+ monthly social posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn with engagement tracking
Publish 12 SEO-optimized blog articles targeting high-intent keywords with target of 500+ monthly organic traffic per piece
Onboard and align with 5-8 initial clients on brand voice, content strategy, and performance benchmarks
Scale to managing campaigns for 15+ active clients with documented case studies showing avg. 2x ROAS improvement
Develop proprietary audience segmentation and targeting framework reducing cost-per-lead by 25%+ across client base
Create 40+ published blog articles generating 10K+ combined monthly organic impressions with 3%+ click-through rate
Implement automated weekly performance reporting dashboard reducing manual reporting time by 80%

- You've published 20+ SEO blog articles and understand keyword research, on-page optimization, and content distribution

Interview Process
Initial Screening
Twine team reviews portfolio, case studies, and Meta Ads/SEO experience; expect questions on specific campaign results
Skills Test or Case Study
You'll either audit a sample campaign or write SEO content proposal for a test client vertical
Client Interview Simulation
Mock client call where you pitch a content strategy and ad optimization approach for a startup or local business
Offer & Onboarding
Contract negotiation, client matching, and kickoff with first 2-3 assigned accounts
