The Challenge

TFSports is building Brazil's fitness lifestyle app ecosystem-connecting athletes to races, wellness, and community. You'll own the entire growth machine: from paid acquisition to retention, with full autonomy to experiment and optimize every touchpoint.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current funnel (signup → first event participation) and identify top 3 conversion leaks; build baseline dashboards for CAC, LTV, and churn by athlete segment

Launch 5+ A/B tests on paid channels (Meta/Google) and email sequences; establish experiment cadence and decision framework with product/tech teams

Implement CRM automations for post-event re-engagement and event-specific sequences; target 15%+ lift in event recurrence rate

Document and optimize the full customer journey offline (pre-event registration, day-of experience, post-event follow-up)

By 6 Months
1

Reduce CAC by 20% through channel optimization and audience refinement; grow paid acquisition volume by 40%

Achieve 25%+ increase in LTV through CRM/retention programs; build predictive churn model and proactive win-back campaigns

Scale WhatsApp and push notification channels for athlete engagement; establish multi-channel performance baseline and attribution

  • You have 3-5 years hands-on growth, performance marketing, or CRM experience with measurable results (CAC/LTV optimization, email automations, paid media scaling)
  • You're obsessed with A/B testing and experimentation; you think in cohorts, funnels, and unit economics
  • You can code dashboards and SQL queries, or partner closely with BI/data teams; Excel and Google Sheets are native to you
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and can influence product/tech decisions with data storytelling
  • You're willing to be hands-on and on-site (100%) in São Paulo; you're driven by ownership, not process
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or a hybrid arrangement; this is 100% on-site in São Paulo only
  • You're early-career (< 2 years) without proven CRM or paid media expertise; you'll lack the hands-on foundation needed
  • You prefer agency/consulting work over owning P&L directly; growth here means living and breathing your own metrics
  • You're not fluent in Portuguese or uncomfortable working in a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking environment
