About the team
TikTok User Growth-Partnership and Resource team leads business development for TikTok across Brazil and the broader LATAM region. We drive influencer marketing, innovative promotional campaigns, and creative asset procurement, while expanding our network of influencer and agency partners. We also manage end-to-end execution, including negotiations, contracts, and payment processes.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a diversified network of business resources across Brazil/LATAM, covering influencer marketing, incentivized growth, creative production, and cross-industry partnerships.
- Identify and assess agencies' capabilities, set reasonable targets, and conduct daily/weekly management and performance tracking. Optimize agency output quality through supplier performance evaluations.
- Produce regular research reports on market trends, competitor activities, and growth strategies.
- Present BD results in a data-driven manner and apply insights to project planning, execution tracking, and post-project reviews.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above. Strong command of English and Brazilian Portuguese, with both languages suitable for daily work.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or marketing, with solid understanding of user acquisition channels and methodologies. Hands-on experience in user growth, influencer marketing, or incentive-based growth is a strong plus.
- Strong local resource network in Brazil/LATAM, along with familiarity with local market dynamics and sensitivity to industry trends and data insights.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships effectively.
- Strong execution and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to work across different time zones and under pressure.
