The Challenge
Checkr powers safe and fair decisions for 100k+ customers including DoorDash and Coinbase. You'll own growth strategy for their Truework business, building the playbook for self-serve acquisition and scaling retention through product-led growth.
Your Mission
Map current Truework user journey, identify top 3 conversion friction points in signup and onboarding flows
Launch 5-7 A/B tests across marketing site and product onboarding to baseline conversion improvements
Build lifecycle automation strategy: define activation milestones and design 2-3 email/in-app sequences
Audit SEO/AEO competitive landscape and recommend top 10 content + technical priorities
Ship experiments with 15%+ cumulative lift in self-serve conversion rate; document winning playbooks
Scale 3+ automated lifecycle programs; achieve 20%+ improvement in feature adoption or retention metrics
Own and execute quarterly growth strategy; hit pipeline and revenue targets for self-serve segment
Establish Product-Marketing growth cadence; ship 2-3 product improvements directly tied to growth experiments
