The Challenge

TelevisaUnivision is the leading Spanish-language media company globally, and they're scaling ViX (their streaming platform) aggressively. You'll own paid social strategy across platforms to drive audience growth and hit hard growth targets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Set up and audit all existing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube; identify quick wins and optimization gaps

2

Establish baseline performance dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics with daily monitoring

Launch 3-5 new campaign tests exploring creative angles, audience segments, or platform-specific strategies

4

Build repeatable reporting cadence and stakeholder communication plan with Marketing and Growth teams

By 6 Months
1

Increase paid social ROAS by 20-30% through continuous A/B testing, audience refinement, and creative optimization

Scale budget allocation to top-performing campaigns while maintaining CPA targets across all channels

3

Implement AI-powered tools for audience analysis, bid optimization, or creative testing to improve efficiency

4

Develop quarterly strategic roadmap identifying new platforms, formats, or audience segments to test for ViX growth

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid social campaigns across all platforms.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

Average cost to acquire a new user or subscriber through paid social channels.

CTR (Click-Through Rate)

Percentage of impressions that result in clicks, indicating creative and audience relevance.

Conversion Rate

Percentage of clicks that result in desired actions (sign-ups, subscriptions, app installs).

Budget Pacing

Actual spend vs. planned spend across the month, ensuring optimal burn and no budget waste.

  • You're obsessed with paid social performance and reading data to find optimization levers
  • You've run 5+ years of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube—and you own the numbers
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity, self-managing campaigns end-to-end, and iterating fast based on results
  • You're curious about AI and new tools; you actively seek out ways to work smarter, not just harder
  • You speak Spanish fluently and understand the Latin American/Hispanic media landscape
Won't Work If
  • You need remote work; this is 100% on-site in Mexico City
  • You prefer hands-off strategic work over day-to-day campaign execution and optimization
  • You haven't managed significant paid social budgets (6-7 figures) with direct performance accountability
