The Challenge
Teads is a $1B+ omnichannel ad platform with 10K+ publishers and 20K+ advertisers globally. You'll own their entire marketing measurement framework and operations—connecting top-of-funnel activity to revenue while keeping the operational machine running smoothly.
Your Mission
Audit current measurement infrastructure and identify gaps in top-of-funnel to revenue attribution across brand, demand gen, product, and ABM initiatives
Standardize KPI definitions across global marketing teams and establish shared measurement language in Looker
Map data sources, evaluate ETL solutions (Rivery, Funnel IO, Coupler), and design BigQuery data pipeline architecture
Document marketing operations processes and identify quick wins to accelerate reporting cycles
Build and deploy multi-touch attribution model capturing impact of campaigns across all channels into dashboard
Implement automated daily/weekly reporting system serving as single source of truth for GTM stakeholders
Establish cross-functional data governance with Data, RevOps, and BI teams; define tracking standards and CRM integration protocols
Drive organization-wide adoption of data-driven decision making through training, dashboards, and strategic insights that influence budget allocation

Percentage of revenue attributed through multi-touch model vs. legacy last-click methodology
Dashboard Adoption Rate
Weekly active users accessing core marketing measurement dashboards across the organization
Reporting Cycle Time
Days from end of reporting period to stakeholder-ready insights and performance summaries
Data Pipeline Uptime
Percentage of time ETL pipelines and dashboards are available and accurate without manual intervention
Revenue Correlation
Strength of correlation between marketing-influenced pipeline and actual closed revenue by program

- You're fluent in SQL and can query/model data without handholding—this role is hands-on, not just directive

- You prefer hands-off strategy work over technical implementation and SQL-heavy problem solving
- You've never worked in marketing ops or analytics and need extensive onboarding on tools/concepts
- You require full remote flexibility—this role is on-site in Mexico City only

Initial Screening
Phone call with recruiter covering background, measurement/ops experience, and SQL proficiency
Technical Assessment
SQL challenge or case study: write queries, design a data model, or troubleshoot a measurement problem
