The Challenge

Stride-up is a fast-growing SEO agency punching above its weight. You'll own a client portfolio, drive real revenue growth through strategic SEO/GEO work, and help shape how the agency evolves its expertise as AI and search trends shift.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and map 3-4 key client accounts; identify quick wins and technical blockers across crawl, indexing, and ranking factors

Build internal SEO monitoring dashboard: track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics for your portfolio monthly

Deliver first round of content and netlinking strategies for 2+ clients; brief writers, manage timelines, hit quality gates

4

Establish yourself as the go-to voice on SEO strategy internally; run 2 knowledge-share sessions with the team

By 6 Months
1

Grow portfolio revenue by 15-25% through upsell, scope expansion, and retention of existing clients

Launch and optimize at least one AI-powered workflow (content research, technical audits, competitive analysis) that saves 5+ hours/week

Own response to 3+ RFPs; win at least one new client contract through your proposal and audit work

4

Mentor 1-2 junior team members on SEO fundamentals; contribute to agency's case studies and thought leadership content

Movement and volume of keywords in top 3, top 10, and top 50 positions; track by client and opportunity.

Keep existing clients; measure upsell velocity and expansion revenue as % of your portfolio.

Conversion Rate (Organic→Lead/Sale)

Track actual business impact; tie organic wins to client revenue when possible.

RFP Win Rate

Proposals and audits you own; measure conversion from prospect to contract.
