The Challenge

Stride-up is a fast-growing SEO/GEO agency backing ambitious brands across industries. You'll own client relationships end-to-end—from strategy through execution—while building a reputation as the go-to SEO strategist who actually delivers results.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Onboard 2-3 key client accounts, audit their SEO/GEO performance, and deliver actionable improvement roadmaps

Establish reporting cadence and frameworks that make SEO performance crystal clear to non-technical stakeholders

3

Identify and launch 2 content strategies (briefs, timeline, KPIs) that move the needle on search visibility

4

Build internal playbooks for your recurring client communication and optimization workflow

By 6 Months
1

Grow assigned portfolio to 8-12 active clients with 90%+ retention and measurable ranking/traffic gains

Lead 2 strategic client projects from discovery through implementation (site migration, content hub, GEO expansion)

3

Develop expertise in 2 adjacent verticals and position yourself as specialist in those sectors

4

Mentor 1-2 junior team members on client management and SEO strategy fundamentals

Client Portfolio Growth

Number of managed accounts and revenue per account, targeting 8-12 clients by month 6.

Search Visibility Improvement

Track avg. organic traffic lift, keyword rankings, and visibility index growth across your portfolio.

Client Retention & NPS

Monitor portfolio churn (aim for 90%+ annual retention) and Net Promoter Score from quarterly check-ins.

Project Velocity

Content pieces published on-time and on-spec, audit recommendations implemented, netlinking campaigns delivered.
