to build demand, shape our brand, and connect marketing directly to revenue.You’ll collaborate daily with the founders and work closely with Sales, CSM, Product, Coaching teams, and a marketing lead currently focused on SEO.

What You’ll Do
- Own Demand Generation (End-to-End)
- Define and execute Coachello’s demand generation strategy
- Connect content, SEO, email, events, and sales activation into one coherent system
- Pilot and grow our inbound engine, from first touch to sales handover
- Work in tight alignment with Sales to ensure marketing directly supports revenue
- Feed inbound leads into Sales and nurture flows
- Ensure marketing helps Sales start better conversations, not colder ones
- Build and grow an engaged email audience
- Events
- Design and execute high-impact events (webinars, roundtables, conferences) in close collaboration with Sales
- Ensure events support both brand visibility and demand generation
- Turn events into reusable content and sales follow-ups
- Build Content as a Growth Engine
- Define the editorial strategy and content angles
- Turn our unique data into high-value insights:
- Work closely with AM and CSM to identify strong client stories and proof points
- Create clear, credible testimonials and case studies that directly support Sales conversations
- Continuously refresh sales assets based on real client outcomes.
- Product Marketing
- Own product messaging, website copy, sales decks, case studies, and key assets
- Clarify what Coachello does, for whom, and why it matters
- Translate complex products (AI, coaching, data) into simple, compelling narratives
- Activate the Team & Coach Community
- Turn employees and coaches into content multipliers
- Create simple playbooks so content is shared consistently
- Lead & Scale the Function
- Manage and mentor a marketing lead
- Build the foundations for a scalable marketing team
- Define priorities, rituals, and operating principles
- >4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in startups or scale-ups
- French and English fluency
- Proven experience owning content, demand generation, or growth
- Strong writing skills and a clear point of view
- Comfortable working hands-on while thinking strategically
- Experience working closely with Sales
- Curious, data-informed, and opinionated
- Comfortable taking risks and being visible
- A key leadership role with real ownership

- 📞 Intro Call (30 min) A first conversation with one of our founders to get to know each other, understand your motivations, and share more about Coachello’s mission and culture.
- 👥 Second Interview (45 min) A follow-up conversation with another founder to dive deeper into your experience, your approach to customer success, and how you see yourself growing with us.
- 🎯 Case Study (1 hour) You’ll receive a short case study to prepare and present. It’s designed to simulate real-life situations you might face in the role, and to let us see how you think, prioritize, and communicate.
- 🍽️ Team Lunch (Informal) A casual lunch with part of the team — to get to know each other better, see if there’s a natural cultural fit, and give you a feel for the Coachello vibe.
