The Challenge
Snowflake's Observe platform is redefining observability for the agentic enterprise. You'll own the global demand generation engine to drive pipeline growth for a high-growth observability product embedded in the world's leading data cloud.
Your Mission
Launch 3-4 integrated multi-channel campaigns (webinars, PPC, email nurture) and establish baseline KPIs and attribution models
Map and optimize the current marketing automation stack (Marketo, Zoom Webinars, On24) and implement A/B testing framework across campaigns
Build cross-functional rhythm with sales, product marketing, and field teams; define SLAs and reporting cadence
Execute first quarter webinar/virtual event program with pre/post nurture sequences and measure pipeline contribution
Deliver $X pipeline from demand gen programs against annual targets; scale top-performing channels and pause underperformers
Build and scale ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts; measure account engagement and influence on deal velocity
Implement advanced attribution and lead scoring methodology; publish monthly performance dashboards to stakeholders
Create 3rd party syndication and partnership programs; measure cost-per-qualified-lead and optimize sourcing mix

Total pipeline value created by demand gen campaigns, tracked by source and campaign to attribution.
Cost Per Pipeline Dollar (CPPD)
Efficiency metric showing marketing spend required to generate $1 of pipeline; target optimization monthly.
Webinar Attendance & Conversion Rate
Percentage of registered attendees who show up and subsequent conversion to qualified lead within 30 days.
Email Nurture Engagement Rate
Open rate, click rate, and stage progression metrics for multi-touch nurture sequences by segment.
Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
Number of leads validated by sales team monthly; leading indicator of campaign quality and relevance.

- You're based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (3 days/week on-site requirement)
- You require full remote work; this role is 3 days/week on-site in Menlo Park with no negotiation
- You're uncomfortable with experimentation and rapid iteration; you prefer to execute a single playbook repeatedly
- You can't articulate campaign performance beyond email metrics; you need to think in pipeline and revenue terms
