The Challenge

A fast-growing company is hunting for a Growth Marketing Manager to architect and scale their entire funnel-from acquisition through lifecycle. You'll own measurable revenue impact across paid, organic, and attribution while partnering across sales, finance, and ops.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing marketing funnel, identify top 3 bottlenecks, and propose data-backed optimization experiments

Build or overhaul attribution and UTM tracking framework to enable accurate CAC, ROAS, and CPA reporting

3

Launch performance dashboards for key stakeholders (leadership, sales, finance) with weekly reporting cadence

4

Map current paid search and social spend across channels, benchmark against benchmarks, and outline quick-win optimization opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Scale top-performing acquisition channels by 30%+ while maintaining or improving unit economics

2

Build and operationalize a full lifecycle marketing system connecting acquisition to retention metrics

3

Execute and document 8+ CRO experiments across funnel with measurable ROAS or conversion lift

4

Present data-driven go-to-market strategy for 1-2 new customer segments or markets

Track unit economics of acquisition channels to ensure profitable scaling.

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent across paid campaigns.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

Funnel Conversion Rates

Track conversion lift at each stage (awareness, consideration, decision) month-over-month.
