.We’re looking for a
growth-focused marketer
who understands IA, automation, campaigns, and distribution — and who is comfortable owning results.What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Designing and executing inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns
- Creating landing pages, lead magnets, and automated workflows
- Delivering Qualified Business Leads (QBLs) to the sales team
- Supporting partner campaigns, outbound initiatives, and events
- Analyzing performance and optimizing continuously
- Helping define and justify paid media budgets
- Optimizing or changing the marketing tech stack when needed
- Hands-on experience generating B2B leads
- Strong knowledge in IA
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and growth marketing
- Ability to explain clearly what to do, why to do it, and what it costs
- Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
- Ownership mentality (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
- Monthly Qualified Business Leads (QBLs)
