Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Execute and analyze 3-4 paid social campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, tracking CAC and ROAS

2

Audit current marketing funnel, identify top 2 conversion leaks, propose optimization tests

3

Research and benchmark 5+ competitor campaigns; identify 2-3 new channel opportunities

4

Support growth hacking sprint with cross-functional teams, contribute 3+ testable ideas

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end execution of organic social strategy; achieve 15-20% engagement lift month-over-month

Build repeatable framework for funnel optimization; test and implement 8+ experiments

3

Launch 2 new growth channels (paid or organic); measure impact and ROI

4

Create internal insights doc on LATAM market trends; influence roadmap with 3+ strategic recommendations

  • You're hungry to learn growth marketing from first principles in a hypergrowth, multinational environment
  • You're comfortable in ambiguity, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-moving cross-functional teams
  • You speak Spanish fluently; bonus if you understand LATAM market dynamics

  • You need full remote; this is on-site in Lima and you're not based in Peru or willing to relocate
  • You expect to work in isolation; this role demands daily collaboration with product, data, and business teams
  • You're not comfortable with metrics, experimentation, or SQL-lite analytics; growth here is numbers-driven
