Your Impact
As The Regional Marketing Senior Director, You Will
- Architect and execute innovative marketing strategies to accelerate acquisition and retention, driving triple-digit growth in either:
- Number of ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
- ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)
- Collaborate closely with Product and Operations to unlock new growth levers and ensure seamless execution across functions.
- Develop programs to drive growth & retention at scale for our mid-size customers.
Growth Marketing Leadership & Strategy
- Own the regional marketing strategy to drive exponential growth across priority markets and verticals.
- Design and implement go-to-market plans in partnership with Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Develop and execute growth hacking initiatives, leveraging data-driven experimentation to scale acquisition and retention.
- Define and optimize regional playbooks for digital channels, lifecycle marketing, and vertical expansion.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and impact.
- Build, track, and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective implementation of the strategy.
- Build, track, and forecast robust marketing pipelines; ensure strong lead generation, conversion, and quality.
- Develop a programmatic approach with always-on campaigns for sustainable growth.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, including:
- New customer acquisition
- Retention rates
- ARPU growth
- Campaign ROI
- Oversee digital acquisition channels, lifecycle campaigns, and territory-specific marketing actions.
- Demonstrate experience in paid, search, SEO, and AEO.
- Maintain strict KPI accountability, including generating Score-A leads for LATAM Sales Representatives.
- Partner with Product and Operations to co-create and launch growth initiatives that drive measurable impact.
- Align with local leadership, Sales, Risk, and Compliance to remove friction points and accelerate customer activation.
- Serve as a key regional stakeholder, supporting local partnerships, PR, and ecosystem positioning.
- Be the voice of the customer in the region, bringing actionable market insights to inform positioning and product roadmap.
- Champion the Voice of Customer Program and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop persona-based insights, backed by data to guide value proposition and messaging.
- Attract, hire, coach, and retain top marketing talent across LATAM.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to help the team meet ambitious growth targets.
- Enable channels to engage with customers via a strong communication framework & tools.
- Drive a localized content strategy for 1:1 and 1:many communications.
- 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles, ideally in fintech, tech, or large regional/global digital companies.
- Proven track record of triple-digit growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in growth hacking and data-driven marketing.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify marketing impact.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Operations for cross-functional growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural influence.
- Analytical mindset with experience using BI tools and performance dashboards.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the region.
- Experience in top-tier consulting firms, preferably in strategic planning or operational efficiency.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong ownership, initiative, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Experience using Martech tools and a drive to embrace AI.
- Marketing to SMBs and mid-market clients in cross-border trade or export services.
- Exposure to international payments, banking infrastructure, or global marketplaces.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple LATAM countries.
