Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped 2+ product launches end-to-end and can own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy independently
  • You thrive in B2B healthcare/biopharma marketing and understand the sales cycle, key stakeholders, and messaging that drives adoption
  • You're comfortable in a scrappy, high-growth environment where you'll execute everything from strategy to collateral design and conference logistics
  • You have strong written and visual communication skills—you can simplify complex science and create compelling assets that resonate with pharma and clinical audiences
  • You're energized by the mission: you genuinely care about improving patient outcomes and want to work where your marketing drives real clinical impact
Won't Work If
  • You expect someone else to handle execution—you need to be hands-on with writing, design direction, and tactical delivery
  • You lack healthcare/biopharma marketing experience or haven't worked in B2B environments with long, complex sales cycles
  • You want fully remote work or flexibility—this is on-site in Boston with expectation of in-person collaboration and event presence
