We're looking for a contract Product Marketing Manager to own the messaging, content, and go-to-market motion that drives new customer acquisition on an entirely new product. You'll work directly with the founder, CTO, sales, and customer success to translate what's working in our deals into marketing that scales.

This is a hands-on, ~2-3 month engagement (roughly half-time) with the potential to extend. You'll move quickly, ship real assets, and be measured on pipeline impact, not slide decks.

What you'll do

Nail the positioning. Sharpen how we describe our product vs. other tools.

  • Own the self-serve funnel. Optimize the path from first touch → demo → signup → paid, and the activation moments that get a new user to their first report fast.
  • Scale the outreach.
  • Build the content and proof. Landing pages, comparison pages, sample reports, and case studies that make the value obvious in seconds.
  • Stand up a referral/affiliate program
  • Run experiments and report on what works

What we're looking for

B2B product marketing or growth marketing experience, ideally with a product-led / self-serve or low-ticket SaaS product. Demonstrated ability to build and optimize an acquisition funnel end to end, outbound email, landing pages, demos, and conversion. Strong writer who can produce crisp positioning, comparison pages, and case studies with minimal hand-holding. Comfortable with experimentation and metrics: you've owned signup/activation/conversion numbers before. Scrappy and fast in an early-stage, ship-and-iterate environment. Bonus: experience marketing to R&D, innovation, pharma, or technical/scientific audiences; familiarity with competitive intelligence or research tools.
