You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
  • Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
  • Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
  • Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
  • Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
  • Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

More About This Role

What you need to know about this position:

Design and execution of the BEES commercial strategy:

align with Trade teams to develop the monthly Game Plan and define the 360° strategy for BEES, including task planning, missions, Club B, promotions, digital communication, challenges, and reward redemptions.

Support commercial teams

in reviewing BEES Force KPI progress together with distributors, while also tracking promotions, Gross-to-Net usage, and Club B adoption.

Commercial plan tools and audience management:

analyze, create, and segment strategies based on customer behavior and business priorities, ensuring proper deployment of the plan across BEES tools (Promotions, Club B, Digital Communications).

Product catalog maintenance and optimization in BEES:

manage the inclusion of new SKUs, product updates, and identification of assortment opportunities to ensure a complete and relevant product offering.

Lead sales meetings

to deploy commercial strategies, identify opportunities, and consolidate them with the Trade team for execution and follow-up.

Job specific requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, TT Sales, E-commerce, B2B.
  • Experience developing commercial plans with a digital strategy.
  • Experience managing digital tools or B2B platforms.
  • Ability to analyze commercial data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience coordinating with Trade Marketing teams, presenting to leadership/boards.
  • Analytical profile with strong results orientation.
  • Experience in national roles with clear visibility into the country's reality.
  • Advanced English level
  • Advanced Excel level
