Join mediarithmics as a Marketing Manager, where you will lead the B2B marketing and communications strategy. You will manage the marketing budget, organize company events, create communication materials, develop press relations, and refine the brand platform. This role requires a proven track record in B2B marketing, budget management, and event management, as well as a strong interest in digital marketing and AI tools.

Profile
We are looking for a B2B marketing professional, self-reliant and quickly operational, able to own the function within a small-scale organisation.
• Higher education (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with a specialisation in Marketing / Communications
• Proven experience (> 3 years) in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS, tech or data environment
• A first successful experience in budget management and event management
• Strong ease with digital media and professional social networks
Required qualities
• Client-relationship focus and CRM management expertise (HubSpot)
• Marked interest in digital marketing
• Confirmed mastery of all AI tools to scale up marketing output
• Quick to get to grips with new subjects
• Rigour in handling figures
• Responsiveness and availability / Team spirit
• Perfect command of English / Native speaker

As Marketing Manager, you lead mediarithmics’ entire B2B marketing and communications strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you are the go-to point of contact on all marketing matters, from defining the strategy through to its operational execution. You manage the marketing budget and orchestrate all of the company’s events.
Management and budget
• Define and implement the B2B marketing and communications strategy
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget (allocation, expense tracking, ROI measurement)
• Track the performance of activities and report on it to the CRO
Events
• Organise and coordinate the company’s events (trade shows, conferences, client breakfasts, partner events, etc.)
• Manage the logistics, vendors and budget dedicated to each event
• Identify relevant speaking opportunities (trade shows, press, awards, forums, specialist websites, etc.)
• Support the leadership team in preparing their public appearances
Communication and content
• Create and maintain B2B communication materials (corporate website, presentation brochures, materials for trade shows and events, etc.)
• Build and manage the company’s presence on social media (LinkedIn as a priority)
• Develop the client presentation materials
Press relations and monitoring
• Develop and maintain press relations
• Conduct competitive monitoring in France and internationally (news and updates from the main competitors and partners)
Prospect and partner marketing
• Refine the brand platform and the variations of our value proposition (elevator pitch, key messaging, etc.)
• Improve communication materials aimed at clients and partners
• Contribute to improving our user interface from a marketing perspective
You work in direct collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer as well as the sales, product and leadership teams, who will be able to share all their experience with you.
