The Challenge

McCormick—14,000 people strong globally, leaders in herbs and spices—needs someone to own high-volume web content updates across Shopify, Sitecore, and HubSpot. You'll be the backbone of their global digital operations, executing flawlessly across multiple sites in a deadline-driven environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master all three CMS platforms (Shopify, Sitecore, HubSpot) and execute 50+ accurate content updates weekly with zero publishing errors

2

Establish QA process mastery: links, images, metadata, formatting, accessibility—catching issues before they go live

3

Onboard to Azure DevOps workflow and log/track 100+ website issues with clear documentation and escalation protocols

4

Collaborate with Global Digital Operations team to understand content standards, template guidelines, and SEO/UX best practices

By 6 Months
1

Own content update pipeline for assigned regional sites, hitting 98%+ accuracy rate across 200+ monthly updates

2

Identify and document 20+ process improvement opportunities; implement 5+ recommendations that reduce publish time or error rates

3

Proactively support 3+ technical releases with full pre/post-release QA validation and zero blockers escalated late

4

Mentor 1-2 junior team members on CMS workflows and become go-to troubleshooter for Sitecore/Shopify content issues

KPIs You'll Own

Content Update Accuracy Rate

% of published updates meeting all QA standards (links, images, metadata, formatting) on first publish.

Time-to-Publish

Average hours from approved content to live publication across all CMS platforms.

Issue Detection & Logging

Number of website issues flagged and documented in Azure DevOps with clear severity and resolution owner.

Release Support Completion

% of technical releases supported with validated pre/post-release QA checks, no missed deadlines.
