Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up backed by significant funding and serving thousands of customers globally.
As the company accelerates its international expansion, it is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale a best-in-class acquisition engine.
The opportunity
Own the growth engine of a leading SaaS scale-up and help shape its next stage of international expansion.
You will own the entire acquisition funnel, from traffic to pipeline generation, with one mission: accelerate growth through smarter channel strategies, rigorous experimentation, and relentless optimization.
This is a hands-on leadership role with direct visibility on business impact and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Own and scale the full growth funnel
- Drive inbound pipeline and demo generation
- Build and optimize acquisition strategies across paid, organic, partner, and emerging channels
- Manage performance marketing across Google, LinkedIn, SEO, GEO, and new growth opportunities
- Allocate budgets based on ROI and growth targets
- Improve conversion rates through continuous testing and experimentation
- Ensure clear attribution, reporting, and funnel visibility
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content teams
- Manage external agencies and drive performance accountability
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
- Strong track record of driving customer acquisition and pipeline growth
- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition programs and growth channels
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
- Strong ownership mentality and bias for action
- Fluent English required
Nice to have
- Experience across multiple international markets
- Additional european languages : french, spanish, german...
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and modern growth stacks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 60,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year

- Barcelona, Barcelona provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing: 5 years (Required)
- B2B SaaS company: 3 years (Preferred)
- paid acquisition campaigns: 3 years (Preferred)

- english (Required)
