Is This Role For You?
- You thrive translating messy forecasts into executable capacity plans that CFOs and COOs care about

- You're fluent in SQL/Python and can build forecasts in Excel or BI tools without waiting for analysts
- You're comfortable living in spreadsheets and dashboards; you chase data anomalies like a bloodhound
- You're a diplomatic dealmaker who can align Product, Sales, Ops, and Finance teams around hard resource trade-offs
- You need 100% remote work—this role is on-site in Bogota with no flexibility stated
- You're hands-off leaders; this role requires deep analytical execution, not just oversight
- You've only worked in fixed-headcount or transactional roles; you lack experience optimizing variable capacity and margin
