The Challenge

Marsh is consolidating four major brands (Marsh Risk, Mercer, Guy Carpenter, Oliver Wyman) across Latin America & Caribbean. You'll lead the marketing charge to drive commercial growth while managing a complex brand transition-building a regional team that balances global standards with local market nuances across diverse countries.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current marketing capabilities across LAC region and establish baseline metrics for brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline contribution by business unit

Develop and socialize a 12-month LAC marketing strategy aligned with global brand transition roadmap and regional commercial priorities

3

Recruit and onboard 2-3 key marketing team members (digital lead, content strategist, campaign manager) to build operational capacity

4

Launch brand awareness audit and create localized messaging framework for Marsh master brand across key LAC markets

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2-3 high-impact, segment-driven acquisition campaigns leveraging AI-driven personalization and marketing automation to hit lead quality targets

Build integrated digital presence across web, LinkedIn, and owned channels optimized for multilingual audiences with measurable engagement and conversion metrics

Establish marketing ops infrastructure: CRM integration, marketing automation platform, attribution model, and weekly business reviews with regional leadership

4

Develop thought leadership and content calendar across 4 brands; publish 12+ assets demonstrating expertise in risk, HR solutions, reinsurance, and management consulting

Track revenue influenced by marketing campaigns across web, events, content, and paid channels with clear attribution to closed deals.

Brand Equity Transfer Progress

Measure awareness lift of consolidated Marsh brand vs. legacy brands (Mercer, Guy Carpenter, Oliver Wyman) through quarterly research.

Lead Quality Score & Conversion Rate

Monitor MQL-to-SQL conversion and sales cycle velocity to optimize targeting and personalization through AI-driven insights.

Team Engagement & Retention

Track marketing team satisfaction, skill development, and retention to ensure high-performing culture aligned with enterprise standards.

Digital Experience Metrics

Measure website traffic, time-on-site, content consumption, and email engagement across multilingual content journeys.

Campaign ROI & Cost Per Acquisition

Calculate net revenue impact per campaign dollar spent; target positive ROI within 6 months of launch.
