The Challenge

LG México is scaling premium streaming and gaming experiences across millions of Smart TV households. You'll own the regional content partnership strategy-discovering new OTT/media partners, building win-win deals, and driving revenue growth in a fast-moving streaming market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and prioritize 20-30 potential content/OTT partners in Mexico region; conduct discovery meetings with top 10 targets

2

Establish formal partnership framework and QA/tech integration process for onboarding new content services

3

Launch joint marketing campaign with 2-3 anchor partners (music, gaming, or OTT platforms) to drive device adoption

4

Define 12-month partnership roadmap aligned with LG HQ strategy and regional business goals

By 6 Months
1

Close 5-7 new content partnerships generating measurable revenue impact (subscriptions, ad units, or commerce).

Implement partnership performance dashboard tracking adoption rates, engagement, and revenue attribution per partner

3

Execute 3-4 cross-functional joint initiatives (campaigns, co-marketing, bundled services) with strategic partners

Build repeatable partner onboarding and success model; document playbook for future expansion to additional markets

Salary

  • You've closed 5+ B2B partnerships in media, streaming, OTT, gaming, or adjacent content spaces
  • You're fluent in data-driven partnership strategy-you track CAC, revenue attribution, and engagement metrics obsessively
  • You thrive on relationship building and navigating cross-functional complexity (HQ alignment, tech integration, joint marketing)
  • You understand the streaming and CTV landscape in Latin America or have regional market expertise
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility-this is on-site in Tlalnepantla
  • You're uncomfortable with Spanish-language communication or lack Mexico/LATAM market familiarity
  • You prefer solo contributor roles over stakeholder management and cross-org negotiation
