Retail Marketing Coordinator – Mexico (On-site)

This is a newly created position within the company, responsible for leading and executing the 360° marketing strategy in Mexico. The role will focus on coordinating and driving execution with external stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and partners.
As an individual contributor, this person will be hands-on and deeply involved in day-to-day execution, not just strategy, while ensuring strong brand positioning, sales growth, increased in-store traffic, and an enhanced customer experience across all touchpoints. There is a clear opportunity to build and scale the team in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Execute the Annual Marketing Plan for Mexico aligned with the global brand strategy.
- Adapt international campaigns to the Mexican cultural and commercial context.
- Implement 360° strategies including retail, digital, PR, influencers, partnerships, and experiences.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
2. Digital Marketing
- Lead the overall digital strategy, including:
- Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Organic social media
- Influencer marketing
- Analyze KPIs and campaign performance.
- Execute always-on and seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Children’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
3. 360° Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints:
- Physical stores
- Visual merchandising
- Influencer activations
- Product launches
- PR and media
- Commercial spaces and outdoor advertising
4. Brand & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate creative, digital, and PR agencies.
- Provide strategic and product guidelines for campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Report performance and results to the Marketing Director.
5. Retail Execution & Vendors
- Lead the implementation of retail spaces and in-store experiences.
- Manage local vendors (POP materials, fixtures, BTL activations).
- Identify opportunities to improve the in-store customer experience.
Professional Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred specialization or certification in Digital Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in 360° marketing, preferably in retail or entertainment.
- English proficiency is required (C1 or above)
- Experience working with international brands
- Proven experience executing integrated campaigns (online and offline).
- Experience managing budgets and external agencies.
