The Challenge
Kink Store is a rapidly growing DTC adult e-commerce brand selling authentic BDSM gear. You'll own full-funnel growth across email, affiliates, and merchandising-directly impacting customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing Klaviyo email flows; establish baseline metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per send) and implement 2-3 high-impact segmentation tests
Map and recruit 5-10 qualified affiliate partners; establish commission structure and onboarding process
Conduct conversion rate audit of Shopify storefront; implement 3 merchandising improvements (navigation, cross-sells, product descriptions)
Document current marketing tech stack and identify AI tool integration opportunities for copywriting and campaign analysis
Increase email revenue per send by 20% through automated flow optimization and behavioral segmentation
Scale affiliate program to 20+ active partners; achieve $XXK in affiliate-sourced revenue (TBD on baseline)
Lift homepage conversion rate by 15% through A/B testing product placement, imagery, and messaging
Build repeatable DTC playbook for product launches incorporating email, affiliate seeding, and on-site merchandising
