Role Summary

As the

Merchant Operations Manager - Merchant Growth

, you will drive the growth and success of merchant partners on Keeta's platform through data-driven strategies and multi-dimensional optimization. You will leverage traffic allocation, marketing campaigns, menu optimization, and targeted initiatives to help merchants achieve sustainable growth. In this strategic role, you will develop and execute merchant segmentation strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, and continuously optimize the merchant experience to maximize platform value.


Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Growth Strategy & Segmentation

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for merchant partners, utilizing traffic optimization, marketing campaigns, menu enhancement, and operational improvements.
  • Create merchant segmentation frameworks based on performance, category, and potential to deliver targeted growth strategies.

2. Data-Driven Growth Optimization

  • Analyze traffic patterns and customer behavior to design and execute optimal traffic allocation strategies that maximize merchant visibility and acquisition.
  • Leverage performance data to develop and optimize marketing campaigns across in-app and external channels, driving merchant growth and engagement.
  • Use conversion analytics to identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions that improve merchant performance across the customer journey.

3. Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights

  • Monitor competitor strategies, pricing models, and market trends to inform merchant growth recommendations.
  • Provide actionable insights on market dynamics and competitive positioning to help merchants optimize their offerings.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement growth strategies and optimize platform features.
  • Collaborate with merchant management teams to align growth initiatives with merchant needs and capabilities.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of growth projects, from strategy development to implementation and measurement.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

    in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Solid

    experience in e-commerce, platform operations, or merchant growth, preferably in food delivery or similar sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills

    with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and performance tracking.
  • Experience with digital marketing optimization

    and campaign management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

    with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Fluent English

    for cross-border collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in

    food delivery or on-demand platforms

    where merchant growth is critical for platform success.
  • Background in

    merchant operations, growth strategy

    with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills

    with experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Project management skills

    with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
