The Opportunity -

Director of Growth Marketing


Kavren Technologies

builds and operates digital businesses across healthcare, technology, and consumer platforms. We are launching a new direct-to-consumer health vertical focused on helping consumers access modern health and wellness solutions through digital channels. This is not a traditional marketing management role.


We are looking for someone who can help build the growth engine from the ground up: someone capable of creating structure, organizing acquisition strategy, helping define the funnel, building the right team, and scaling growth responsibly alongside the founder. You will work directly with leadership, with high visibility, high ownership, and significant influence on how this business evolves. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and building systems from scratch instead of operating inside already mature structures.

What You Will Own

  • Build and scale growth initiatives across paid, organic, influencer, retention, and emerging channels
  • ⁠Help define acquisition strategy, funnel structure, and growth priorities
  • Work closely with the founder on performance, reporting, and execution
  • Contribute to creative strategy, testing, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Help hire and structure the initial growth team as the company scales
  • Create operational clarity around metrics, reporting, and decision-making
  • Support scaling from early-stage acquisition into a more mature growth system


Who You Are

  • ⁠5+ years in growth, performance marketing, DTC, consumer health, or related digital businesses
  • ⁠Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets directly
  • Experience owning growth outcomes, not just campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, funnels, conversion, and customer behavior
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Based in LATAM with good overlap with US time zones

Compensation will depend on
