The Challenge

Kavak is a high-growth marketplace disrupting automotive commerce in Latin America. You'll own the growth engine for a scaling platform, driving user acquisition, retention, and marketplace velocity across a competitive regional market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current growth channels and identify top 3 levers for accelerating buyer/seller acquisition

Establish baseline metrics on unit economics, CAC, and LTV by user segment

3

Launch one high-impact growth initiative (paid, organic, or viral) targeting 15%+ MoM growth

4

Build and align growth roadmap with exec team for next 12 months

By 6 Months
1

Scale winning acquisition channels to 30%+ MoM growth in GMV or transaction volume

2

Optimize marketplace two-sided liquidity (buyer-seller matching) to reduce time-to-sale by 20%+

3

Establish data infrastructure for real-time growth dashboards and experimentation velocity

4

Hire and mentor growth marketing team (2-3 roles) and embed analytics/product collaboration
