Accountabilities
In this role, you will own the development and execution of a video-first and podcast-driven marketing strategy, ensuring strong audience growth, engagement, and content performance across multiple platforms.
Lead podcast production end-to-end, including guest coordination, planning, and post-production workflows.
Design and execute a YouTube growth strategy focused on viewership, retention, and audience expansion.
Repurpose long-form content into optimized assets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and promotional materials aligned with brand standards.
Create and manage multimedia assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
Publish and optimize newsletters, blogs, and digital content aligned with marketing and product goals.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Studio and HubSpot to guide strategy.
Support audience engagement across platforms and contribute to retention and community building.
Develop educational and onboarding content in collaboration with customer success teams.
Requirements This role requires a strong background in multimedia marketing, content strategy, and platform growth, with hands-on experience across video, podcast, and digital content ecosystems.
3-5 years of experience in content marketing, multimedia strategy, or podcast production.
Proven success in growing YouTube channels and podcast audiences using data-driven approaches.
Strong ability to adapt long-form content into high-performing cross-platform assets.
Solid understanding of SEO, YouTube algorithms, and platform-specific content best practices.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, HubSpot, and WordPress.
Strong project management and communication skills in remote, cross-functional environments.
Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance analytics and growth objectives.
Availability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours for collaboration and team syncs.
