Accountabilities:
• Own end-to-end e-commerce revenue performance, including ARR growth, new customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall digital revenue targets across product lines.• Design and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified traffic through paid, organic, and owned channels while optimizing CAC and channel mix.• Optimize the full digital purchasing journey, improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and enhancing self-serve buying experiences across platforms.• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and win-back programs to maximize customer lifetime value.• Develop and manage promotional calendars, pricing experiments, and campaign strategies to maximize revenue performance and engagement.• Build and scale experimentation frameworks across landing pages, funnels, and checkout flows to continuously improve performance.• Partner with product, engineering, and business systems teams to enhance e-commerce infrastructure and digital customer experience.• Own performance reporting and analytics, translating data from tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems into actionable insights.
Requirements: • 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce with direct ownership of revenue or performance targets.• Proven success driving self-serve or subscription-based growth in B2C or prosumer/SMB SaaS environments.• Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization, funnel optimization, and digital acquisition strategies.• Deep understanding of subscription economics, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies.• Experience working with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.• Strong analytical and experimental mindset with the ability to design, execute, and interpret growth experiments.• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and technical teams.• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong ownership of business outcomes.
