Accountabilities:

  • Support execution of the platform marketing strategy by creating compelling assets such as flyers, posters, emails, and digital marketing collateral.

  • Write clear, engaging copy aligned with product positioning and messaging to support adoption and user engagement.

  • Promote new platform features and updates in collaboration with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Plan and support community engagement initiatives, including contests, events, and user-focused activations.

  • Organize and host events for educators, influencers, and decision-makers to strengthen platform adoption and loyalty.

  • Support sales enablement efforts by contributing to training materials and internal communication resources.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve engagement, optimize the demand funnel, and strengthen user retention.

  • Gather user feedback and advocate for customer needs to inform product and marketing improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, education, edtech, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience creating marketing content and campaigns, ideally in digital or education-focused settings.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a self-directed, agile environment with shifting priorities.

  • Nice to have: familiarity with K-12 education platforms, experience analyzing marketing data, video editing skills, or experience in DTC-style campaign creation.
