Accountabilities:
Design, configure, and optimize marketing automation solutions using Marketo to support customer engagement strategies.
Develop and manage automated campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing processes, and personalization initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, technology, and business teams to translate requirements into effective digital solutions.
Support the implementation and improvement of customer experience strategies through data, automation, and technology.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot automation processes, ensure platform quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in consulting activities by understanding business needs and proposing scalable marketing technology solutions.
Share knowledge and contribute to collaborative team practices and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Professional experience working with marketing automation platforms, with strong knowledge of Marketo.
Experience designing and implementing automated marketing campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and lead management processes.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts, customer journeys, CRM integrations, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and consulting environments is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
Experience with additional marketing technology tools, analytics platforms, or CRM systems is considered an advantage.
