Accountabilities
Develop and execute a revenue-focused SEO and content strategy in collaboration with marketing leadership, identifying opportunities to increase organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Own hands-on SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword targeting, search intent analysis, internal linking strategies, content improvements, and new page development.
Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, and scalable content assets to capture organic demand and support business goals.
Build AI-enhanced marketing workflows using modern tools to increase execution speed while maintaining strong quality standards.
Partner with subject matter experts to produce authoritative content, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and editorial campaigns.
Manage content calendars and collaborate with external writers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to improve website experiences, optimize conversion paths, and identify opportunities for experimentation.
Analyze performance metrics using analytics platforms and search data to refine strategies, prioritize initiatives, and maximize marketing impact.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, or content marketing, ideally within a B2C product environment or content-driven digital business.
Strong content creation, editing, and quality management skills with the ability to produce compelling and conversion-focused content.
Hands-on SEO expertise, including on-page optimization, keyword research, internal linking, search intent mapping, content strategy, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Experience working directly with content management systems such as WordPress, including publishing, editing, templates, and page optimization.
Strong conversion rate optimization mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, test improvements, and iterate based on results.
Advanced familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve productivity while maintaining quality.
Experience using marketing analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, make sound decisions, and take ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards across content, user experience, and brand quality.
