Accountabilities:
Audit existing email nurture programs and marketing automation workflows to identify gaps, performance issues, and optimization opportunities
Implement updates in HubSpot, including workflow automation, segmentation logic, enrollment triggers, and nurture sequences
Build, launch, and manage promotional email campaigns supporting webinars, content initiatives, and product or marketing offers
Develop end-to-end webinar marketing sequences including invitations, reminders, registrations, and post-event nurture flows
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align email execution with broader campaign calendars and content strategies
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, and optimize accordingly
Support prospect engagement efforts using Qualified or similar tools to drive timely pipeline outreach and engagement
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and optimization across all lifecycle and demand generation email programs
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, email campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting (required)
Experience with Qualified or similar AI-powered prospect engagement tools strongly preferred
Proven experience managing webinar marketing campaigns and post-event nurture programs
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent campaign timelines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and applying insights to improve results
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing execution while applying sound judgment in their use
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across marketing and growth teams
Benefits:
