Accountabilities:

  • Own growth reporting, KPI tracking, and performance measurement across acquisition and activation funnels

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, pacing models, and executive-level performance views

  • Analyze user acquisition, activation, conversion, and channel performance trends to identify opportunities

  • Define and maintain funnel metrics and measurement frameworks in collaboration with data teams

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance shifts and uncover growth drivers

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support product and growth strategy

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems

  • Support forecasting, business reviews, and ad hoc strategic analysis for leadership

  • Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives and recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics

  • Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets

  • Proven experience analyzing conversion funnels, user journeys, and growth KPIs

  • Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms

  • Strong understanding of performance measurement frameworks and business metrics

  • Experience applying statistical methods to analyze trends and business performance

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
