Accountabilities:
Own growth reporting, KPI tracking, and performance measurement across acquisition and activation funnels
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, pacing models, and executive-level performance views
Analyze user acquisition, activation, conversion, and channel performance trends to identify opportunities
Define and maintain funnel metrics and measurement frameworks in collaboration with data teams
Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance shifts and uncover growth drivers
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support product and growth strategy
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
Support forecasting, business reviews, and ad hoc strategic analysis for leadership
Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives and recommendations
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics
Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets
Proven experience analyzing conversion funnels, user journeys, and growth KPIs
Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of performance measurement frameworks and business metrics
Experience applying statistical methods to analyze trends and business performance
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
