Accountabilities:
Plan and execute a structured marketing calendar focused on partner engagement and activation within the ERP ecosystem.
Develop and run campaigns, incentives, and initiatives that encourage partners to generate new business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with strategic partners through regular alignment meetings, joint planning, and co-marketing activities.
Design and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including events, social media, case studies, and digital campaigns.
Manage marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and strong ROI across initiatives.
Track and analyze performance metrics across the funnel, using insights to optimize campaigns and partner activation strategies.
Support training and development initiatives for partner engagement programs, contributing to structured learning journeys and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design, copywriting, and production teams to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Solid experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B environments or channel/partner-based models.
Strong strategic thinking ability, with capacity to analyze scenarios and design effective growth initiatives.
Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple simultaneous projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as RD Station and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Proactive and organized profile, with strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple workstreams.
Nice to have:
Experience in channel marketing or partner ecosystem strategies.
Background in SaaS or B2B software companies.
Knowledge of growth marketing strategies and funnel optimization.
Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or B2B commerce.
