insightsoftware powers 32,000+ organizations with finance and analytics solutions. You'll own digital strategy for their Equity Management unit, building sophisticated campaigns for finance and HR buyers while proving every dollar of marketing spend drives revenue.
Your Mission
Audit current digital performance across paid and organic channels; establish baseline KPIs and attribution framework for equity management pipeline
Launch first integrated campaign translating complex equity management features into compelling narratives for finance/HR audiences
Build vendor and cross-functional relationships with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on buyer journey and messaging
Define digital budget allocation strategy and create dashboard for real-time ROI reporting to stakeholders
Achieve 25%+ YoY growth in digital-sourced pipeline and marketing-attributed bookings for Equity Management BU
Optimize conversion rates across multi-touch campaigns by testing landing pages, messaging, and audience segmentation
Establish partner dynamics framework and measurement model demonstrating clear digital-to-revenue connections
Launch 3-4 full-funnel campaigns (awareness → advocacy) with documented CAC efficiency and pipeline velocity improvements

Percentage of prospects moving from awareness → consideration → demo → close, tracked by channel.
