Introduction

We are looking for a

Data, AI & Growth Transformation Leader

to help organizations unlock business value through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decisioning.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of

Customer Analytics, AI, and digital data ecosystems

, enabling clients to transform how they leverage data to drive

revenue growth, customer value, and operational efficiency

.

You will play a key role in both

solution shaping and delivery

, guiding clients from

data strategy definition to execution

, while ensuring measurable impact through scalable, AI-enabled solutions. This includes supporting transformation initiatives across

digital commerce and customer platforms

, where data and AI act as core enablers of growth.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a

Go-To-Market (GTM) leader

, with primary responsibility for identifying, shaping, and selling Data, AI, and Customer Analytics transformation initiatives. You will engage with

senior stakeholders

to understand business priorities and position

integrated solutions

that leverage data, advanced analytics, and AI to drive

measurable growth, customer value, and revenue outcomes

.

You will lead the development of

value propositions, business cases, and proposals

, ensuring alignment between client needs and

IBM capabilities

across Customer Analytics, MarTech, AdTech, and Digital Commerce ecosystems, while actively

building pipeline and driving deal closure

. In addition, you will collaborate with

delivery teams

to ensure

successful execution and value realization

, with a clear focus on originating and converting opportunities into revenue‑generating transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, including pipeline creation, opportunity identification, value proposition development, and active participation in deal shaping and closure for Data, AI, and Customer Analytics transformation initiatives.
  • Actively originate, shape, and convert opportunities into revenue‑generating consulting transformation programs.

Data Strategy, Analytics & AI

  • Support the design of data strategies, methodologies, and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Develop advanced analytics use cases, including:
    • Segmentation
    • Predictive modeling
    • Decisioning frameworks
  • Apply analytics and AI to improve conversion, customer value, retention, and digital performance.
Platforms & Digital Ecosystems

  • Contribute to the implementation of data platforms across MarTech, AdTech, and digital ecosystems, enabling data integration and activation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Communicate complex analytical insights in a clear and compelling way, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Help advise clients on performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize models and solutions to maximize impact.

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end‑to‑end transformation initiatives using Agile and data‑driven approaches.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure execution quality and value realization.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Senior-level experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Customer Analytics and data-driven decisioning
    • Advanced analytics (predictive modeling, segmentation, behavioral analysis)
    • Data strategy and value realization
  • Experience working with or supporting digital platforms, customer ecosystems, or ecommerce environments
  • Solid understanding of MarTech / AdTech ecosystems from a data and analytics perspective
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data initiatives to revenue and business outcomes
  • Experience working with client stakeholders and contributing to consulting engagements or transformation programs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Lead
