How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align commercial efforts.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate complex contracts with favorable outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.
- Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and new business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
