The Challenge

Hanwha Vision is a global leader in AI-driven vision and security tech, and they're expanding across Latin America. You'll own their entire digital ecosystem—from HubSpot automation to social strategy—driving measurable growth across a 6-country region with zero margin for regional inconsistency.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing HubSpot setup across LATAM database; segment customer/partner lists and implement automated nurture workflows

2

Develop and launch consolidated regional content calendar aligned with product launches and key events across Q1-Q2

Establish baseline analytics dashboard tracking campaign CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution by market

4

Execute 2-3 paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with clear attribution and ROI measurement

By 6 Months
1

Increase organic website traffic by 40% through SEO optimization and content strategy execution

Achieve 25%+ improvement in email open rates and 15%+ click-through rates via segmentation and A/B testing

Build repeatable playbooks for campaign execution across retail, logistics, and industrial verticals with documented results

4

Train and mentor Digital Marketing Analysts on analytics tools, reporting standards, and performance optimization

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign ROI & ROAS

Track return on ad spend and overall campaign profitability across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Lead Generation & Cost Per Lead

Monitor qualified leads generated by channel and calculate efficiency to optimize budget allocation.

Website Traffic & Conversion Rate

Measure organic and paid traffic volume plus conversion rates across key funnel stages.

Email Engagement Metrics

Track open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribe rates for automated email sequences.

HubSpot Database Health

Monitor lead quality, segmentation accuracy, and automation performance across LATAM partners and prospects.
