The Challenge
Hammer Media is a viral fintech powerhouse (3M+ subscribers, 3B+ views) scaling a financial literacy platform called Dollarwise. You'll architect full-funnel growth campaigns that bridge entertainment and FinTech, owning everything from creative ideation to paid amplification.
Your Mission
Establish baseline CAC and LTV metrics across acquisition, retention, and cross-sell campaigns; design testing roadmap for Q1
Build and deliver 8-12 high-converting Launch Kits (creative + copy + CTAs) to the Head of Paid Media for paid channel execution
Map viral organic posts and convert top 5 into scalable paid experiments; establish monthly creative performance dashboard
Audit and optimize current funnel flows (landing pages, offers, CTAs); implement A/B testing framework for continuous improvement
Reduce CAC by 20-30% through iterative testing and creative optimization across Meta, Google, and YouTube channels
Grow LTV by 15-25% through retention campaigns and Hammer Media → Dollarwise cross-sell funnel optimization
Launch 3-5 long-form content projects with vetted external creators; establish vendor management process and ROI tracking
Build growth playbook documenting best-performing creative patterns, messaging frameworks, and offer mechanics for scaling
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track cost-per-acquisition across all channels (paid + organic) and measure month-over-month reduction through testing.
Lifetime Value (LTV)
Monitor revenue per customer over their lifetime; optimize through retention campaigns and cross-sell strategies.
Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on paid media; target channel-specific benchmarks for paid media team.
A/B Test Win Rate
Track percentage of experiments that beat control and drive statistically significant improvements in conversion or CAC.
Launch Kit Velocity
Monitor turnaround time from concept to paid media launch; track performance of each kit by channel and offer type.

- You don't have direct Fintech growth experience or aren't comfortable navigating financial marketing compliance and trust-building
- You prefer hands-off management or designer-dependent workflows; this role requires you to be dangerous in Canva
- You're remote-first or can't commit to being on-site in Austin, TX 5 days/week
