Growth Acceleration Partners is a 600+ person AI-native consulting firm helping enterprise clients unlock revenue through advanced marketing tech. You'll own end-to-end technical architecture for real-time personalization and analytics solutions-blending deep technical expertise with client leadership.
Your Mission
Master GAP's project delivery methodology and establish relationships with 2-3 key enterprise clients
Lead architecture design for one complete MCP/MCI implementation, defining data flows and integration patterns
Build and document 3+ reference architecture diagrams that become reusable templates for future engagements
Conduct technical design sessions with both client stakeholders and internal engineering teams, demonstrating your thought leadership
Deliver 2 full production implementations with zero critical defects and measurable lift in client personalization KPIs
Establish yourself as the internal SME on MCP advanced features-behavioral tracking, rule engines, AI-driven decisioning
Mentor 2 junior engineers on technical solution design and Salesforce best practices
Contribute to GAP's IP-produce 1-2 methodology docs or automation frameworks that improve delivery efficiency across projects
