Position
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To partner with the Brand Director in shaping and executing the brand's strategic vision, driving innovative campaigns, and elevating brand equity. This role acts as a key catalyst for growth, blending creative storytelling with data-driven insights to connect with consumers, lead high-performing teams, and ensure seamless execution across all brand touchpoints.
Job responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Positioning
Co-create and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the Maison’s business objectives and long-term vision.
- Translate brand positioning into compelling, cohesive omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and experiential channels.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and maintain brand edge.
Campaign Execution & Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major product launches, brand moments, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Oversee media planning, performance marketing, and creative production, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and high ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail, Sell In, and Global/Regional teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
Manage agency relationships, external partners, and creative talent, ensuring high standards of output and alignment with brand guidelines.
Budget & Analytics
- Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation across channels to drive maximum impact.
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and brand health, utilizing data-driven insights to refine ongoing strategies.
Profile
Experience: 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium retail sector, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
Skills
Exceptional strategic thinking with a deep understanding of modern consumer trends and digital ecosystems. Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and budget management. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Language: fluent in Spanish, English (other language is a +)
