The Challenge
Gojob is France's AI-powered staffing pioneer (FT120, Next 40) hitting 40% revenue growth. You'll build the B2C flywheel—driving candidate acquisition at scale while orchestrating engagement for 20k+ active workers, directly fueling their recruitment pipeline.
Your Mission
Map current acquisition channels, establish baseline CPA by source, and identify 2-3 quick wins to reduce CAC by 15%
Audit candidate lifecycle touchpoints and design retention metrics framework for the ~10k active jobseekers
Onboard and align your ~10-person team (acquisition + care poles), define OKRs, and secure buy-in from operations stakeholders
Launch first CRM engagement campaign targeting re-activation of dormant candidates and measure lift in mission acceptance rates
Achieve 20%+ reduction in blended CPA while maintaining or growing qualified candidate volume (target: -10% CPA, +5% volume)
Implement lifecycle segmentation model and drive measurable 15%+ improvement in candidate retention/repeat application rate
Develop and test 3 growth hacking experiments (viral referral, content, partnerships) that could add 10%+ incremental sourcing volume
Co-lead SaaS sourcing product GTM: complete market sizing, define pricing model, and execute pilot launch with early customer cohort

Engagement & Satisfaction
NPS, app engagement metrics, and satisfaction scores for active jobseekers in mission.
Team Output & Efficiency
Track acquisition team's monthly lead generation targets and care team's engagement campaign performance.
