• Translate global priorities, campaigns, product launches, and tools into clear local action plans.

• Ensure strong coordination between HQ, commercial teams, partners, and external suppliers.

• Drive follow-up, accountability, and visibility on projects, deadlines, market needs, and execution status.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, surgeons, and healthcare providers, ensuring their feedback is integrated into product development and marketing initiatives.

2) Local marketing execution

• Directly manage the adaptation and execution of marketing materials for local markets, including presentations, brochures, emails, invitations, training materials, congress tools, and digital content.

• Directly manage regional social media and content execution in alignment with brand priorities and local business needs.

• Support the rollout of campaigns, launches, webinars, educational initiatives, and

congress-related activities.

• Execute with a practical, hands-on mindset and maximize impact within a limited

budget.

3) Technical product support and training

• Support clinical and KOL engagement activities, including advisory boards, speaking engagements, and customer testimonials, including creation of GCA Academy™ events.

• Build strong product and clinical knowledge to support partners with technical information, product positioning, and communication needs.

• Deliver product and marketing training to distributors, sales representatives, and relevant stakeholders.

• Help partners understand product value, claims, competitive positioning, and available marketing tools.

• Translate technical information into commercially useful and easy-to-apply materials.

4) Market insight and commercial support

• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, customer needs, and partner input from across the region.

• Support commercial efforts with sales enablement materials, local activation ideas, and partner-specific initiatives.

• Contribute to stronger brand visibility and business growth through practical market actions.

5) Project management and communication

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.

• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across countries and functions.

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, timelines, and support needed.

• Build trust through responsiveness, clarity, and consistent execution.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, downstream marketing, or commercial marketing, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, aesthetics, or other technical B2B sectors.

• Experience working with distributors, partners, or regional multi-country structures.

• Strong ability to balance marketing execution, technical knowledge, and commercial support.

• Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Strong project management and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment.
