About the position:
We are looking for a
Marketing Coordinator/Specialist
who will be responsible to lead high-impact growth projects with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. This role blends quantitative rigor, qualitative judgment, and creativity in a project-based environment where no two days look the same. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and wants to grow rapidly by solving meaningful business challenges. You will partner closely with the Marketing Lead on high-priority initiatives and be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and structured problem-solving.If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we’d love to work with you!

Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy:
Partner with the Marketing Lead to structure complex business challenges into components, develop and validate hypotheses with data, and shape solutions with justifiable ROI.Project Management:
Independently scope, plan, and execute multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams and owning the final outcomes.Performance Analysis:
Assess project effectiveness and ROI to inform future decisions, optimize resource allocation, and improve marketing efficiency.Player & Product Insight:
Build a deep understanding of the game and players.
Main job requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Candidates from Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.Experience:
3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance marketing, with a track record of initiating and driving projects end-to-end. Candidates with non-marketing backgrounds and/or fewer than 3 years of experience will be considered, provided strong transferable experience from the following environments (e.g., MBB, BB IB, PE, VC, or high-growth startups).AI Proficiency:
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and workflows effectively, including AI-enabled automation, agent-based ways of working, etc.Passion for Gaming:
Active gamer with a genuine interest in gaming culture and content.Languages:
Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.Tools:
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, X/VLOOKUP, and structured data handling.- Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP (Hybrid mode).
