Galgo is disrupting auto financing across LATAM with 60K+ loans and 24K vehicles delivered. You'll own the dealer activation playbook and funnel analytics that drive motorcycle sales volume in Colombia's hypercompetitive market.
Your Mission
Launch and execute 3 dealer activation campaigns with measurable lift targets (volume +15% YoY minimum)
Build operational Amplitude dashboard tracking end-to-end conversion funnel with daily monitoring capability
Complete baseline cohort analysis on dealer performance; segment top/bottom quartile dealers with actionable recommendations
Document and implement 2 AI-assisted workflows (analysis automation, reporting, content generation) with team training
Scale dealer activation program to 80%+ of Colombia network with differentiated playbooks by dealer tier
Reduce funnel bottleneck time-to-decision by 20% via data-driven hypothesis testing and rapid iteration
Establish predictive retention and FPD models using segmentation analysis; forecast dealer churn with 75%+ accuracy
Own quarterly marketing metrics review; present insights that directly influence $XXM+ dealer financing decisions
