The Challenge
Four Hands is an Austin-based furniture design and wholesale company that's been on the Inc. 5000 list and recognized as a Top Workplace multiple years running. With 800+ employees and a dual B2B/DTC audience, the marketing team runs campaigns across the full funnel — from brand awareness to product launches. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps it all moving.
Your Mission
Master the editorial calendar system across all business lines — know what's publishing when
Own campaign brief creation and timeline management for 2-3 concurrent campaigns
Build relationships across design, product, sales, and digital teams
Learn the Four Hands brand narrative and ensure all materials align
Independently manage campaign workflows from brief to launch with minimal oversight
Lead coordination for a major product campaign or seasonal launch
Improve at least one marketing process — identify bottlenecks and propose fixes
Start contributing creative input, not just coordination — pitch campaign angles
